We aim to respond to all messages within five working days. Messages received on public holidays in Zambia may take longer. Please write in English. If you send a message in another language, we will do our best to reply, but we cannot guarantee a response.

What we can help with

• Questions about content published on this site, including reviews, comparisons and explanatory articles.
• Reports of factual errors, outdated information or broken links.
• Requests to correct information about a named product, service or company.
• Privacy requests, including access to or deletion of personal data we hold about you.
• Copyright or trademark concerns relating to material on this site.
• General feedback on how the site is organised and how easy it is to use.

What we cannot help with

DerivBrokerZM does not hold client funds, open accounts, process deposits or withdrawals, or manage trades. We cannot:

• Reset a password or unlock a Deriv account.
• Confirm the status of a deposit, withdrawal or open position.
• Reverse a transaction or cancel an order.
• Provide account statements, tax documents or verification decisions.
• Advise on whether to open, close or hold any position.

For all account-level matters, contact Deriv directly through the official channels listed in your account dashboard or on the Deriv website. If your query concerns a regulated entity, you may also contact the relevant financial sector regulator in the jurisdiction that licenses that entity.

Reporting an error

If you believe something on this site is inaccurate, email us with the page address, the specific text you are querying, and any supporting source. We review all reports. Where a correction is warranted, we update the page and note the change. We do not remove accurate content simply because a company or individual disagrees with it.

Response times

• General enquiries: within five working days.
• Correction requests: within seven working days.
• Privacy requests: within 30 days, as required by applicable data protection law.

Complaints about this site

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your enquiry, reply to our response with the word "Complaint" in the subject line. We will review the matter internally and reply with our position. This process covers complaints about DerivBrokerZM only. It does not cover complaints about Deriv or any other company.

Privacy and your data

When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to include. We use it only to answer your query, keep a record of the correspondence, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell contact details. We keep support emails for as long as needed for these purposes, then delete them. See our Privacy Policy for full details on your rights and how to exercise them.
